Today, between the two locations, Salon Buzz has over 110 employees and serves well over 1,500 clients per week. Both salons are recognized for offering excellent hair designs derived from a range of wet to dry cutting techniques. Salon Buzz is nationally renowned for our signature color services where our trained professionals create beautiful customized color. In addition, Salon Buzz offers conditioning treatments, nail, makeup, waxing, and facial services.

Andreas Zafiriadis started his career in Athens nearly 30 years ago. Life brought him to Chicago in 1983. Soon after, he started practicing the craft of hairdressing. While the majority of his time has been spent in Chicago, Andreas has worked and trained throughout the country, as well as in Paris, London and Athens. He has been recognized by national and local publications as one of the top cutters in the country and received the exclusive Salon Global Business Award for his savvy entrepreneurial skills. He serves on the Board of Directors of the most prestigious organization in the beauty industry, Intercoiffure.
Andreas was recognized in 50 Hairstylists, a book by Rick Morton that explores the success secrets of 50 of the world’s top hairdressers, salon owners, and colorists.
